What we process

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers.
• Book data: the briefs, chapters, themes, covers and brand details you create or upload.
• Billing data: subscription and credit purchase records, processed by our payment provider.
• Technical data: log and error data needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we process it

To provide the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations such as bookkeeping (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and to keep the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Processors

We use service providers for hosting and database/authentication, for AI text and image generation, and for payment processing. They act as processors under contract and only receive the data needed for their function. Payment card data is handled solely by the payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.

AI generation

Prompts and book content you generate are sent to AI model providers to produce the requested output. Do not enter personal data of third parties into prompts.

Retention

Books and brand data stay in your library until you delete them or your account. Billing records are kept as long as legally required.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email tsukid@sureiya.com.
