1. Provider

yumo is operated by Aaron Kirchhoff, Ackerstraße 81, 13355 Berlin, Germany. Contact: tsukid@sureiya.com.

2. Service

yumo helps you draft, style, proofread and export self-publishing-ready books using AI. Output is generated automatically and must be reviewed by you before publishing.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use the service and are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

4. Credits, subscriptions and top-ups

  • AI actions consume credits. Credit costs are shown in the app before you confirm.
  • Subscriptions renew every 30 days and reset your monthly credit allowance.
  • One-time passes and top-up packs grant a fixed number of credits.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time; access lasts until the end of the paid period.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Digital content is delivered immediately. By starting to use credits you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal lapses for credits already consumed. Unused credits from a purchase may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.

6. Your content and ownership

You keep all rights to the briefs, samples, logos and brand material you upload, and to the books you export. You are responsible for making sure your uploads and the published result do not infringe third-party rights.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use yumo to create content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that impersonates others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated text and images can be inaccurate or unintentionally similar to existing works. yumo does not guarantee originality, accuracy, marketplace acceptance, or sales results. Verify facts and marketplace requirements before publishing.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body or health, or where statutory law provides otherwise.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. German law applies, with mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence unaffected.
